This is my first time buying a new car. I was very skeptical at first because I have never bought a car and I've always heard horror stories. After going to other dealers I felt like I was being taken advantage of and the numbers didn't add up. Eventually I came to Hyundai and Wayne (the Salesman) and Manny (the Finance Manager) helped me greatly. Wayne helped me find the exact car I wanted and showed me all the features in and out. He answered all my questions no matter how trivial and despite exhaustive interrogating by me, Wayne remained calm and caring of my questions and concerns. Manny was very helpful in breaking down the numbers so that they made sense and did add up. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or smooth talked.
