Charles found THEE PERFECT used car for my boyfriend, who is disabled, an he fell in love with the Dodge Caravan that Charles found for us. I am thankful that they made my boyfriend so happy. But I KNEW they would. I have been dealing with Key Hyundaif of Milford since 2004 and have bought two (now three) vehicles from them and will definitely go back in four years when my Sonata is paid off for my next car. I told Charles he better be there when I come back in four years. I think he will have a very good career there. More

He made my husband and I feel so comfortable, and he listened to what I wanted in a car. He was able to work out an amazing deal for me, and I was able to drive my new Accent home that day!!! Alan treated us so kindly and he is a true asset to the dealership. I give his customer service an A+++++++++++++. I would most definitely recommend Alan as the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Carlos, the Finance Manger was also wonderful to deal with. I would really like to thank Alex, for everything that he did to help us in the purchase of our new Santa Fe. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get the car that we wanted, he did to help us in the purchase of our new Santa Fe. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get the car that we wanted, he listened to all our questions and calmed my nerves, when we thought that it would not be possible to buy the car that we really wanted. Went to dealership on 3/26/13 with my wife to buy her a new Tuscon. I was there the week before and their original price was too high. Maurice at that time told me to come back and he would do better. When we went back, Maurice hit us with the same price as the previous week. I should have have followed my instincts and left at that point, but Maurice was very persistent in dealing. After several hours we finally agreed on a price and I bought the vehicle. It was after 9 PM when we left. The next day I called and asked about the window sticker that is usually in the glove box and they told me that it probably was thrown out. They said they could me the invoice which I said would suffice. I also e-mailed my salesman Brian Noel telling him that when checking the car over I found the tires to be over inflated by 7 pounds and the washer fluid was low. I also told him that there were scuff marks on the driver door panel that I can't get off. The next day Maurice called and stated that he understood there were some problems with the car and when I called him back he said to come in and he will have it buffed out. Now I don't know how plastic could be buffed without damaging it but I guess we'll find out. He had nothing to say about the tires or washer fluid being low. As if this weren't aggravating enough I entered my VIN number into Carfax where I keep records of all my vehicles. When I did I found that a tire had been repaired before I purchased the car. I was never made aware of this. When I checked the tires I found the right rear tire had two plugs right next to each other, so that must have been one heck of a hole. I called to speak with either my salesman Brian or Maurice but both were off. I was assured one of them would call me in the morning. I never got a call and waited all day. I finally sent an e-mail to Brian on which he never answered. Another day went by and still no call. My wife who is just as upset as I am after spending this kind of money on a car wrote an e-mail to Jillcares@keycars.com, but as of yet we got not answer. I guess the e-mail address should be jillDON'Tcare. My family has bought 9 Hyundai's from this dealership and never had these kind of issues. If I had a complaint, it was always taken care of. But that was when Larry Mirriam ran the company. I was always treated as a loyal customer. I guess I should have done some research before going to Key this time, as other than this site they have many bad reviews. I will be having my tire checked at an independent tire dealer to see if the safety of the tire is compromised with two plugs next to each other, and will write Hyundai about this. My son who is mechanic says that two pugs like that is illegal as it will cause the tire to blow out. I have bought my last car from Key and will be sure to let everyone know about my experience. There's plenty of other Hyundai dealers to go to but I thought I was a loyal customer to Key. I guess I was wrong! 4/8/13 I was contacted by Sal regarding the issues I had and he was very responsive and understanding. Sal agreed that a new car should have a new tire snd he is going to replace it. He also was very apologetic for the hassles we had and will do what's necessary to make us happy. I see now that Jill does care and lives up to her slogan "dealer for the people". it looks like everything is working out right and my faith in Key has been restored. I guess it's like anything else, it all depends on who you deal with. Thank you Sal. More
ryan is a very able and knowledgeable. and is attentive to what YOU want key hyundai in general is one of the dealerships around i was`nt pressured at anytime which i feel is very very important. it was o to what YOU want key hyundai in general is one of the dealerships around i was`nt pressured at anytime which i feel is very very important. it was only soured by one thing. it may seem small or maybe petty but my sonata hybrid does not have a spare tyre only a tyre mobility kit which consists of a way of putting air in my tyre again it may seem petty but i like the idea and comfort of a spare tyre. i was given an explanation which on the face of it seem`s reasonable. but not to me. but again i will and would reccomend key hyundai and ryan in particular i love my car i got what i wanted at a price that was kind of reasonable.
