Sales manager let the salesman work, but stepped in when necessary, advocated on the behalf of the salesman and buyers with the general manager. Company obtained the right car by trading from a dealer 150 miles away. Salesman personally drove the car between dealerships, introduced the buyer to the car, reviewed major features, introduced buyer to the service department and business manager.
