I scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon just for information purposes and ended up driving my new Elantra home. I was met at the door with friendly greetings and attitudes and was soon introduced to Sal Jr. I wanted information as I had not purchased a car from a dealer since 1988 and had concerns that I would not qualify for a loan but after talking with Sal Jr. and providing some baseline information, he assured me it would be fine. He spent so much time with me to find out what my needs were, pre-owned vs new etc. We talked about my must haves vs nice to have. I knew before walking in, the Elantra was the car I was interested in as I had done a lot of research on it. We took an Elantra out for a test drive but never anticipated driving a brand new Elantra home that night. I recently have been sharing the use of my car with other family members and depending on others for transportation to and from work. I feel like an independent woman again and it was the commitment of Sal Jr., Manny G., and Maurice that put me in the car I wanted (with my must haves) at a payment I felt I could afford and giving me back my independence. After I bought the Elantra, Sal Jr. spent forever patiently going over all the electronic functions, set up my Bluetooth and made sure I was comfortable with all the workings before I drove off. I returned on Monday to complete the paper work and DMV registration and Sal Jr. again went over all the electronic gadgets They were all terrific to work with and walked me step by step through the process. I would highly recommend them and Key Hyundai of Milford to anyone. More

Professionalism, along with many laughs, are the reason I choose to return. Thank you all for another great experience last week. I know you work hard for me, and I love you all. I had previously lost all of the brake lights on my 2008 Elantra and had to replace all the bulbs, only to get a recall notice about a switch responsible for the electrical system causing just that problem, Elantra and had to replace all the bulbs, only to get a recall notice about a switch responsible for the electrical system causing just that problem, only to be then told with only 38,200 miles on the car that I needed brakes and I was required to replace the drive belt (not that they could tell me what was wrong with it, because it was inside the engine, but is prone to dry rot and would effect my warranty) at a cost of $1,100 with the $109.00 brake fluid flushing, I became angry, asked for the car be checked out to establish a trade-in value and was determined to go to Ford and by a Focus. None of this was Manny's fault (service representative cause he doesn't set the prices and is an amazing guy, courteous, helpful, with unbelievable patience, Larry (service representative ) has the same qualities, you guys are really lucky cause car warranty repair prices are enough to cause a stroke, and these guys are just as sweet and professional as they could be. I could not be more happy with the way these two gentlemen handle these situations. The gentleman doing the trade-in evaluation was accompanied by Alex Oritz, the gentleman who then convinced me they could do much better than Ford. He walked with me (because I had to wait while the trade-in gig was going on) and showed me the new 2013 Elantra's on the lot, but I am one of those women who prefer a standard shift (even though I am 63) because of the control I have over speed and deceleration, etc. I told him I didn't want a red or yellow car, the trade-in was grey, that would also out, nothing in a lighter color because I am not very concientious about car washing and vacuuming because I am busy. Without being daunted by my declaration, he asked and there was a black, manual transmission, with a dark interior Elantra sitting on a back lot (was it pre-determined faith), Without being pushed into the test drive, keys were found, I was in, adjusting to 6 speeds instead of the 5 speed I currently had, and emotionally fell in love with this car. I had the maintenance issue concern but Alex informed me assured me the 2013 didn't have drive belts but "linkage" so that would never be an issue. So we were down to the price, well with the trade in, the $500. coupon (came with the recall notice), the rebates, sizeable, and the complete care in explaining the functions of the interior knobs, dials, displays and functions, the warranty, the specific answers to my many many questions, how to check my oil levels, setting up my service appointment, the professional way he handled the financing issues, his ability to guide me though this process, without pushing, prodding, or hectoring me, I bought the car. The kicker is that he then helped me empty the contents of my trade-in (ridiculously overloaded) into my new car, helped me set my radio dials (very important) and smiled through the entire process. I would recommend him without reservation, and more to the point, would buy another car from Hyundai, but particularly Alex without a second thought. He spent a prodigious amount of time explaining everything about this vehicle, he was in a word AMAZING, and I am not an easy sell. Manny Gonzalez handled the paperwork with expertise, care, and concern, explaining as he went. Buying a new car that afternoon was not, in any way my intention, but I was wasn't tricked, pushed, prodded, hectored, or harassed, I have had the car for 2+ days and am happier with the vehicle than I was when I left the lot. In honorable mention, the young man who drove the courtesy bus taking me to work and then picking me up (precisely on time) was a joy, engaging, pleasant, and wonderful. I have become a repeat customer because of the gentlemen I have dealt with but in particular Alex, what more can I say. Is there is higher compliment, I don't think so. Pamela Tristine More

Everyone i dealt with while there was extremely friendly and helpful. They promised they would put me in a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra and they did. This was by far the best experience I've ever had when looking for or buying a car. I was helped by Bentley McCoy and I can Honestly say that he and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to he when looking for or buying a car. Superior salesmanship -- knowledgeable, helpful, willing to work with us in selecting the right car rather than trying to sell us models in inventory and features we didn't want. Sales manager let the salesman work, but stepped in when necessary, advocated on the behalf of the salesman and buyers with the general manager. Company obtained the right car by trading from a dealer 150 miles away. Salesman personally drove the car between dealerships, introduced the buyer to the car, reviewed major features, introduced buyer to the service department and business manager. This is what it means to be treated really well. Anyone who is looking for a new car and considering a Hyundai should definitely take the opportunity to learn out more about Milford Hyundai. More
