Everything about working with this dealership was positive, except the haggling process. I get it that they are trying to make their best sale to maximize profits, but I have purchased other cars th positive, except the haggling process. In the past I did my research and came in with the price I was willing to pay that still allowed them some profit and right away we had a deal. This time I did the same thing but it took a lot of haggling back and forth and a lot of time until we reached that pricepoint. Still extremely happy with the dealership, the professionals I dealt with, the price I got, and the service department from past experience...just wish the process wouldn't have been as complicated as it turned out to be. He showed a genuine interest in us and our needs. He helped us find the vehicle that was best fit for us. I felt he really cared about what we wanted in a vehicle and provided us the best options. We did a test drive and he showed us every feature of the car. He really knew the car inside and out. We felt we knew how to use every feature before we left the lot The best part of our experience was that we never felt pressured into buying the car. I went to key hyundai to look at the sonata and the elantra. After talking to Sal Jr. for a while he helped me figure out what was most important for me to have in my new car. Because I drive so far to work every day (almost 40 miles each way) and I decided that I didnt need the extra space because im mostly in my car alone, I would look at the elantra. Sal asked me what colors I liked, and that was it. I was in love with my new 2013 elantra in black. Sal was very informative and answered every question i had. He was very friendly, and made me feel very comfortable, and didnt pressure me like most sales people. I will be recomending Sal and Key Hyundai to all my friends! More
