My overall experience was great, Wayne sale consultant was great and was not pushy. He listen and very thorough with going over the vehicle . I went to the dealership to shop around for used cars. I had heard good things about the dealership so I thought I would check it out. Despite the crowded parking lot, we were able to find a spot. We found Bentley standing around and told him what I was looking for. I was looking to buy a used car that had both low miles and a low price tag. He should me and my family some cars and I finally settled one one that I liked. I really liked the car, despite it being a lower end model (but I was not shopping for flash). It was a 2009 Hyundai Accent with very low mileage and price tag I liked. After driving around Milford (which included I-95), I was satisfied with the car. So I went into the dealership with my family to fill out many forms. I had another engagement so we decided to split the process into two days. I did not feel pressured into buying the car and felt like it was own decision, which I really liked. After finalizing all over the paperwork, I was told to return two days later to pick up plates and register the vehicle. When I brought the car home, I noticed there was a minor dent near the headlight (which I would of preferred that I was told about) and the inside of the car was pretty disgusting. There was a lot of dust, the rear cup holders were caked with dirt and receipts as well as other parts of the car. In addition to this, the check engine light came on after several days of use. I am planning on taking it back to the dealership to have it looked at. My only other complaint was that when I drove up to the dealership on Tuesday to register and receive the plates, I was told the title had not yet come in. I was disappointed that I drove out of my way to be informed to turn around and wait for their phone call (despite being informed that the dealer plate that I received was very expensive and it needed to returned as soon as possible. Overall though, I am satisfied with my purchase and would there again. Customer Service: 4/5 Everybody was really nice there and I feel like everybody went out of their way. My only complaint was having to go out of my to the dealership, only to find out that my title was not ready yet. The dent, the dirt, and the dust was also issues that I found. Quality of Work: 2/5 If your job is to detail cars, then you should inspect places like the emergency brake, cup holders, ash tray, and glove compartment. Missing these key areas is not acceptable. In addition to the check engine light (which I am going to see why that came on when I return to the dealership. Friendliness: 4/5 I really liked everybody at the dealership and I everybody was kind and courteous. Overall Experience: 4/5 Barring the issues that I found with the car, I had an excellent experience. Price: 5/5 There is no other dealership is Connecticut that offer as good as a price that I got. This is one area where the dealership really shined. More

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I was given great service and information about the type of vehicle that I was interested in obtaining. Bentley and all of the other service providers were very accommodating to my needs and worked hard at meeting my needs in terms of the type of car that I was interested in buying. I was given great insight on the type of deal I would be able to expect in the trade in that I had to offer. I would recommend any of my family and friends to go to Key Hyundai to get their automotive needs met. It would be my hope that they would receive Bentley as their salesman. As a Hyundai 2008 Santa Fe owner, we were interested when someone called asking if we would be interested in selling back our SUV. We had been to visit our previous sales agent, Alan Rudman, 6 weeks earlier someone called asking if we would be interested in selling back our SUV. We had been to visit our previous sales agent, Alan Rudman, 6 weeks earlier to have him look for a newer Santa Fe. but the inventory was such that we didn't see anything we liked for a price we were comfortable with. Alan said he would keep looking for a car for us and, coincidently, had called us at the same time as our scheduled service appointment. We decided to listen to what the appraiser would say, and look at the Santa Fe at the pickup time for our car. After some price discussions Alan, my wife and I, as well as the dealership manager met at an agreeable price and we bought, and drove away, that same night. More
