When we arrived at the dealership we were a half hour early though we did not have to wait and as well, they made us feel very welcome. We were looking for a car for our daughter who recently graduated from college. She knew what she wanted the Hyundai Elantra and the salesmen Rich Troalla took her right to them. She did not want leather interior and Rich Troalla did not try to change her mind with any pressure at all. She found the one she wanted and we went out for a test drive. Rich was very personable and this helped a lot due to the fact that our daughter was nervous as she has never driven a brand new car. At the dealership all of the sales people were very polite if one of them saw you by the door they were more then happy to open it for you and they always had a smile. The sale took longer then expected due to our insurance company not being open however, Rich Troalla did not make us feel like we were wasting his time at all. He went over every aspect of the car with our daughter never making her feel inferior. We were offered drinks as well, my husband and daughter also had pizza which was nice as lunch time had come and they were both hungry. The paper work was done in a timely manner and was explained to us in detail. I would highly recommend this dealership.For these reasons I would highly recommend this dealership. More
After a few long days of car shopping. my wife and I visited Key Hyundai on the referral of my mother in law. I must admit, when I first arrived, i was not in the mood for car dealer shenanigans, but Al visited Key Hyundai on the referral of my mother in law. I must admit, when I first arrived, i was not in the mood for car dealer shenanigans, but Alex won us over. He really bent over backwards to make sure we got a car we were happy with, even though they did not have the specific car we were looking for. He really took the time to make a personal connection with us, and continues to work to ensure our happiness with our purchase, even after the papers have been signed. I would like to also give a special thanks to Rami, who had just started working at Key when we visited. he was very shy at first, but warmed up and was very pleasant to talk to, and he and Alex genuinely made our experience a pleasant one, aftger what was and could have continued to be a harrowing venture. More

I visited the Milford location a few months back with a friend that was looking to purchase a vehicle. Long story short her credit was not good and the numbers could not be achieved so she had to purchase a vehicle somewhere else. No big deal, business is business. But the general manager was frustrated that she could not agree to the numbers he had provided. So now on to the reason for this email. I just left your Milford location. I went there today to possibly lease a new elantra for myself along with my sonata. The sales guy was nice. I had every intention of driving away in another new hyundai today if the numbers could be met. When I got there the sales manager asked if I had a trade, I said not right now. So I test drove an elantra and an accent. I decided to pursue the elantra. The first numbers he came up with were higher than what I was comfortable with paying. I told him what I could pay and at that point I told him that I also had a trade. He asked why I didn't tell him about the trade before. I told him because I wanted to see the numbers without the trade. So he said the trade would make the numbers go up and how he didn't understand how I couldn't accept the price per month. I told him because that is my budget and if I can't get it for what I'm comfortable with then I can't get another car. He got up and returned with the general manager. Now this is why I'm upset. The GM came over and said to me "seems like every time we deal with each other there is a disaster and I think we just shouldn't deal with each other" and he walked away!!! Are you kidding me?? What kind of business man says and does that?? First of all, the last time I was there wasn't even for me. I went with her because she has no experience buying cars. This time was for me and I just couldn't do the payment. That's business. I could understand him coming over and saying "thank you for keeping us in mind, sorry we couldn't make a deal" but apparently he doesn't ever want my business again. I'm regretting buying my sonata form key hyundai of Milford. And I read all your no pressure stuff on the walls but they were definitely pressuring me to accept what they said. I don't understand why he got upset that I couldn't budge from my budget. That is not good customer service. I'm very shocked that you have someone of that nature running your business. This was her assistants response Jill has personally reviewed your email, attached text message images and deal. Both Jill and Sal Sinardi (GSM) are disgusted and insulted by what was said and done on your behalf about our dealership and our Finance Manager. We will not be able to assist you any further at this time and/or in the future. My response to that Unbelievable. Those pictures were not done on my behalf. Are you really accusing me of something that you have no idea what it's about?? As far as I know that was a friendly joke between the finance manager at Napoli motors and your finance manager of which I was not informed was even happening. But I do believe the finance manager at Napoli told her that if she did that then he would give her a free detail, but regardless that is not me in the picture and I can't believe you have the audacity to accuse me of such. I hope you get your facts straight. I emailed you regarding my last visit on 7/27 when your "GSM" was incredibly rude for no reason other than the fact that I was not comfortable with the numbers. I am speechless at how you treat a returning customer. You should be great-full that I kept your dealership in mind even though the deal could not be made. All you have done is guaranteed that I will never consider buying another car from you and never speak highly of this dealership. I was expecting some kind of apology for what was said to me but instead you try to blame me for someone else's actions? I guess the public can make their own determination. I will not be doing business with Key Hyundai again. More
Alex Ortiz was very helpful and friendly. Alex and Mark went out of there way to help me get my new car and work with the bank to see what I could afford. I was very surprised how friendly everybody at this dealership was any problem that came up was resolved. Rich our salesperson was the ultimate reason we finally decided to buy from Key. We had been to other dealers and let me tell you Manny & Rich went above and beyond to earn our business. This was our first time buying a Hyundai and we were blown away by how far they have come in quality and features offered. We test drove a Honda Pilot that did not compare and we decided to trade in our Honda CRV for a Hyundai Santa Fe and with the great warranty it truly was a risk free decision or as they say worry free. Rich was a very big help and he made us feel like he wanted our business. More
