Was concidering a purchase of a used car an my neighbor had just purchased a Hyundia so I figured I would check it out. I had seen a used Sonata on line which was what I started with. When I went to Key Hyundia in Milford I was approached by a sales Rep Kevin an told him I was just looking. Kevin ws reaching to see what I was intrested in and I then told him about the car I saw on line. Well long story short I went for a used vehicle and drove off in a brand new car due to Kevin's suggestion and to lower my payments. How much happier can a person be!! Will be back to see Kevin again....!! More

When I first walked into the Key Hyundaii dealership, it was just to browse and look at cars. I did not think much of Hyundai when I first walked in, and thought them to be overpriced. One of the salespeople approached me and talked to me about the different options they were offering. Although a Accent was my first choice due to the price, I was eventually shown a Elantra and took it for a test drive. The car was nice, but many competitors offered similar features for competitive pricing. I was given an AMAZING deal on the car, the warranty, the service, and the payment options. The attitude and dedication to the customers at Key Hyundai is what eventually led me to buy the car. The people at Key Hyundai are very easy to work with, and they are very willing to work around the customers budget to give them the best deal for their money and more. I was ecstatic when I finally signed the papers mostly for the reason that I knew I would be taken care of at the dealership not just for the car I bought, but for the years of service associated with the purchase. I know we are all familiar with the sad story where someone buy a car, goes back for some type of service or issue on the car, and is then given cold treatment by the dealer. I am extremely confident that every experience with Key hyundai will be as good if not better than the days I bought the car. They are all very friendly, and it appears that customer satisfaction trumps all else at the dealership. Even if you are not in the market for a Hyundai, I would strongly suggest visiting the dealership to get an idea of what to expect from a dealership that takes care of its customers. More

You will not be disappointed. I recently called Alan Rudman and explained to him I needed a certified preowned car and financing. He explained the process to me in easy to understand terms and helped me obtain financing which fit my wallet. Once I purchased the car for my sister, he took the time to explain all the bells and whistles to her in terms that were understandable. He not only explained the function of each option but set up her blue tooth as well. Alan was super. This was a very good expericence. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Our sales rep, Henley went above and beyond.
