Our experience at this dealership was wonderful. We were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted coffee or water and then, once a sales was available, we were helped. We test drove three separate cars and never once felt as though we were a burden. He was plentiful with his time and it made the entire experience a good one. We did have to sit around a while at the end waiting to see a manager to finish all the paperwork, but I suppose that is what happens when you shop for a car on Black Friday.
