I would like to Thank Allen Rudman for his salesmanship during the purchase of my 2014 Tuscon. Allen took the time to explain all the facets of the vehicle to me he went over everything with such patienc during the purchase of my 2014 Tuscon. Allen is a very down to earth person and very calming which is a great asset when coming in to purchase a car which can make you anxious and stressed out. The day I had come in to look at cars I had not eaten lunch I work two jobs and came in right after my second job for 5pm and was tired and hungry he offer me a breakfast bar to eat and some water which got me through just fine. He showed me a used top of the line Tuscon but I had my mind set on a new car so he had it dug out of the snow and I made my mind up on the new vehicle which I deserve for myself Allen totally understood where I was coming from. Allen could totally read my mind that I wanted a new car and he made it happen for me which I"m very happy with. When we purchased our new Hyundai Tucson at key Hyundai, it was a pleasurable experience. Our sales person Stephanie DiGuglielmo was very nice, knowledgeable, and did not try to strong arm us into buying a it was a pleasurable experience. The lack of the strong arm experience was very much appreciated because I don't like being pressured into buying something. I was actually at the dealership to service my 2008 Santa Fe and I thought that I would take a look at the numbers to see if a trade-in at that time might be advantageous to me. I did not get up that day with the thought to buy a new car. Had they employed the strong arm technique that day, I would have left without buying the car. Once the decision was made to buy the car, Brion Geter worked really hard to get me the best rate to finance the car. I was originally going to go to Sikorsky credit union to finance my car but Brion got me a better rate than Sikorsky was offering so I went with Brion's financing option which was Wells Fargo. Brion was also very nice and a pleasure to do business with. Brion worked hard to earn my business and he got it. After the purchase, while I was doing all of the paperwork inside the dealership, Stephanie was in the car with my wife showing her how to set up using her phone through the hands-free setup in the car. Overall, Stephanie really went above and beyond to make this car purchase a very pleasurable experience. More

I will say from my experience visiting Key Hyundai in Milford from the minute I stepped out my car to the minute I left I had GREAT Customer Service. I will say my sales person which was Alex Ortiz was v Milford from the minute I stepped out my car to the minute I left I had GREAT Customer Service. I will say my sales person which was Alex Ortiz was very good in helping me get what I wanted. Didn't think I will be able to have a new car but thanks to Alex Ortiz and the rest of the team I was able to drive out the dealer with my brand new Hyundai Elantra 2013. I will recommend this dealer to anyone who ever asks me where will be a good place to go to purchase a car. Thank you Key Hyundai for giving me a chance in driving my new car. More
I just purchased a 2013 Elantra with the help of Brion and Alex. They were great salesman. I didn't feel forced nor did they try to hassle or haggle me into buying a vehicle. They really got me out of a bind with my previous vehicle and was able to meet me at my financial state and get into a "nicer, newer car". Even when I wasn't sure about the purchase, they allowed me the space to think and make my final decision. That is what sold me. Usually, when there is reluctance, salesmen get antsy and try to play psychological games to get you to buy. This did not happen with Alex nor Brion! I would recommend anyone check Key Hyundai and ask for Alex! He will get you into a great car! More

Wayne Murray helped to facilitate the entire sale process. He was extremely knowledgeable with regards to the functionality of the model car that we selected and was able to answer all of our techni process. I had an appointment for 11:30 today and I arrived at 11:25 -- I didn't have to wait at all--LOVED THAT. He answered all my questions, showed me several cars (some twice!) and was very patient. My current financial situation is considered "tough" but Manny and team made it happen. Manny explained everything in detail and didn't mind explaining a couple of things twice; which I very much appreciated. While they were working with the banks to find me the best financing, I told Rami to go and work with the next customer....he refused and said he would stay with us until everything was completed. He didn't have to do that...the showroom had become very full and time is money right? But again, he stayed with us from beginning to end. He was professional and didn't make me (at all) feel like I was one in a line of many. I had my 10-year old daughter with me and he showed her the lounge and the ladies' room -- BOTH OF WHICH WERE VERY CLEAN! (big points for that too!). I will highly recommend Rami to all my friends; he is not your typical "salesman", but rather an obvious people-person that easily interacts with customers and makes them feel welcome. I visited Key Hyundai this past week as My Chevy E wife purchased a 2011 Elantra from Key Hyundai and raved about the professionalism of Alan Rudman. I visited Key Hyundai this past week as My Chevy Equinox blew a Head Gasket for the second time and I decided to not repair it but to replace it. I have been a committed Chevy man over the years since my first car in 1971. I gave serious consideration to the Chevy Cruze as my son has one and has been pleased with it. My wife's Elantra has been very reliable and the level of service and follow up she has received was very impressive to me. I decided to give Key a visit and to test drive the 2013 Elantra with a manual six speed transmission. I asked specifically for Alan as I wanted to deal only with the best. Alan exceeded my expectations and made thye purchase of my purchase a true pleasure. Alan is a true professional and takes the time to ascertain the reason for my interest in the car I was looking at. I need my car for my business and it must be reliable My wife's Elantra has been very reliable with no breakdowns. Key Hyundai's service after the sale has been excptional and the attention to detail was noted by me. Everybody I met at Key Hyundai was professional and did their best to fit me with the car that fit my needs. I am very pleased with my selection af the Elantra and have already received a folow up call from Alan. I will be recommending Key Hyundai to anyone I know that is looking for a new car.
