Everyone who helped me with the purchasing process of buying my new car was excellent! They made me feel comfortable, they were polite, honest, sensitive and extremely knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. They didn't try to sway me towards a more expensive choice just for the sake of a commission or to meet a quota. These gentlemen even made my teenaged daughter feel at ease, which is no easy task! When I walked into the dealership I met Tony and stated, "I don't think I'm going to be able to get a car today, but I just want to look anyway" He told me"We will get you into a car, relax" . He did not go back on his word! Laqwan was so kind and knowledgeable about the products and services offered with the vehicle I chose, and made me feel confident about purchasing the car. Alan explained all the different features that were available to me and then we took a test drive. I knew immediately that this was the best choice for me. It had all the space I needed, the different features that I wanted and all the safety features as well. Alan spent a long time with me explaining everything in detail. I really appreciated the fact that Alan was so thorough with the explanations because it made me very comfortable in making the decision to buy this car. When I was ready to leave the dealership, after my new car had been cleaned and gassed up, Alan sat in the car with me and set up my bluetooth connection for my phone and my Bluelink connection.
