The dealership was tidy, and we'll maintained, the rest of the staff was kind and always smiling, and the amenities we welcoming as well. I definitely had my fair share of coffee and popcorn throughout my visit. And Overall, out of the 5 cars I've purchased new from dealers across the state, this was the best experience I've ever had. I recently accompanied my younger sister to purchase her first car, and I was so impressed with Andreas “Andrew” Constantinou’s service, that I came back less than 2 weeks later for my own purchase! He kept it real and was honest and transparent during the entire deal. This is something I greatly appreciated as this was probably the best experience I’ve had in the many times I have purchased a vehicle. He wasn’t a pushy salesman, I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to buy, but in fact, I felt like he had my best interest in mind, which is rare to say when you’re talking about car sales. This is my 3rd deal at Key Hyundai of Milford, and I definitely plan on coming back when it’s time to upgrade my second vehicle. I look forward to securing another great deal with Andrew at Key! More

BUYER BEWARE I purchased a used Subaru 2019 Crosstrek hybrid- at Key Hyundai of Milford on Friday November 29th, 2024. Since driving off the lot, I had a check engine light come that following Saturday n hybrid- at Key Hyundai of Milford on Friday November 29th, 2024. Since driving off the lot, I had a check engine light come that following Saturday night headed home from work. The most alarming issue is that a "Key Value Package" was added on without mention during the sales. Kurt, strictly showed the document as differentiating between the 60 months loan vs 72 months. He verbally stated that and nothing else. Sylwia, the finance manager made me sign multiple times under the guise that her iPad was not registering my signature. The team intentionally hides this $1,995 package and owner of company supports this shady practices. Check Yelp for their 2 dealerships (Key Hyundai of Manchester), they have the same bad practices depicted by multiple customers. We were so excited to buy a new car and looked forward to enjoying it. This has been nothing but bad and to have a hidden fee that is not explained nor mentioned is inconceivable. A package of that sort should never be "slipped in" without the customer's knowledge. I've tried to call Kurt our sales person and he somehow has disappeared with no recourse. The lack of transparency and honesty is highly disappointing, especially for such a large purchase. Do not support this untrustworthy business. More
We visited this dealership a couple of months ago with the intention of comparing deals and offers. When we walked in and asked for help and information none of the salesperson were interested in helping the intention of comparing deals and offers. When we walked in and asked for help and information none of the salesperson were interested in helping except Andy. Andy didn’t care that we were not ready for a purchase in that moment. He gave us around a half hour of his time showing us vehicles we had interest in and gave us his card for the future. No pressure, incredibly professional and kind. Months later after visiting several dealers we went back to Andy and he gave us the best deal of all compared to the other dealers. Andy is not just a sales person he is a friend. Ask for him if you go there. More
