Car shopping made easy and pleasurable I got to be honest my husband and I were dreading shopping for a new car. We still own a 2004 Hydundai sonata and well it didn't owe us anything but I got to be honest my husband and I were dreading shopping for a new car. We still own a 2004 Hydundai sonata and well it didn't owe us anything but being 12 years old and having 175,000 miles it was time to get something new or newer. We weren't trading in our car figured we would keep it for our 16 year old as a first car. We went to check out a lease on a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. We needed something to take on our trips for AAU since we have an intense travel schedule North Carolina, DC, etc. etc. Dan really made our experience a great one. He was open honest and direct. He gave us options lease vs buy. Pros vs cons but was always truly concerned with our comfort level and what was best for us and what we wanted. we had an AAU basketball game we had to get our daughter to and he worked with our game time. We were out in 1 and a 1/2 hours had the car ready for us after our game 4pm. Never have I ever got a car in 1 day. Amazing!! There was a bit of a mix up when we came to pick up the car whether it was a certified preowned, but they immediately apologized and made it right with an awesome warranty and lowered my interest rate by 2 points. Dan stated he would order us car mats no charge and 1st oil change on him. So I just need to follow up on the mats and a 2nd key for the car. A week later we get a delivery of chocolate chip cookies as a thank you. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Dan as your solution expert. Super job! More
