Their service department is the absolute worst. They have had my car for over 10 days for an engine issue that’s under warranty. (My car was purchased brand new and it currently has less than 55,00 They have had my car for over 10 days for an engine issue that’s under warranty. (My car was purchased brand new and it currently has less than 55,000 miles on it). I was told I’d hear back Friday and they keep pushing the quoted times back. The people on the phone aren’t compassionate to the issue and they have no sense of urgency. Keith hasn’t been helpful at all. He’s defensive when I call back to get updates and tells me there’s nothing that can be done. Don’t buy cars from this place! Their warranty programs and loyalty programs are scams! More
