GOOOOOOOOOO DANIEL!! Based on past experience I was dreading going to a dealership to explore the option of buying a car. I really didn't want to deal with someone who was going to push me into something I didn't want, at a price I didn't want to pay. Daniel Vargas was GREAT!! He sat down with me and talked to me about what I was hoping to accomplish. After talking with Daniel and answering some questions he had, he (Daniel) was able to present me with some options. None of which were unreasonable. While I knew I needed a car I wasn't sure I was ready to make that kind of commitment. After spending a good portion of the day with Daniel, talking and riding around town in various cars, I decided on one. I drove away from the dealership with a used Honda CR-V that will handle my needs. Thank you Daniel for making the whole experience pleasant. It is hard to find a salesman (car or otherwise) that truly listens to his potential customer so the right fit can be found. They followed through with their adverts. As someone with poor credit it can be hard to find a place willing to work to get you approved for a vehicle. I wouldn't have went for a car at all if I didn't need it, and I feel I made the right choice with Key. My salesman John Tripodi was patient and kept me updated on what the finance department was doing and was quick to get things done when they need to be. I would definitely recommend him and Key to family and friends. It was a good experience, one I wasn't sure about due to negative reviews I saw on some sites, but I didn't experience anything negative the whole time there. More
