Above and beyond expectation. I went in for an oil change for my 2015 Sonata. I originally wanted an SUV but was unable to do it at the time. I was talking with Francisco while wai I went in for an oil change for my 2015 Sonata. I originally wanted an SUV but was unable to do it at the time. I was talking with Francisco while waiting and couldn't believe it when after a few questions and 20 minutes later he drove up a 2012 Veracruz Limited and asked how I liked it. I thought he was joking. He said we can do the trade with my Sonata and keep my payments the same. I was sold. It was my birthday weekend and he made my day. My experience with Key Hyundai has always been exceptional. I have my own business and know that "true" customer is a rare thing today. Francisco went above and beyond what I would have expected for just taking my Sonata in for an oil change. I now got the SUV I wanted. Thanks Francisco and Jill. Tony L More

I test drove the Tucson a month ago and I wasn't ready he didn't push. I told him I would be back and ask for him when time was right. well last week that time came. I drove 1 hr 15 mins to go to his dealership because of him. I made him a promise I would and in turn he promise me he'd make sure I'd be happy and for that it was worth my time. And he came true on his promise. You know immediately that Dan is a true honest good person, very important in making expensive buying decisions.
