He was infinitely patient with me since I was dealing with keyless entry for the first time.. After deciding on the Sonata he answered all my questions regarding financing and at no time was I pressured. I was able to leave my Camry at the dealership for a few days before I sold it which was a tremendous help. When I Returned to pick up my Sonata two days later Jon reviewed all the features before sending me on my way. It was a pleasure to work with Jon, and I would not hesitate to call him with any issues I have. More
