The 2016 Hyundai Tuscan I had a great experience at this dealership. Key Hyundai was the last dealership on my list of 5 to research and test drive. The 2016 Hyundai Tuscan made it to the top of my list....as long as I could count on a good relationship with the dealership, which is 40 minutes away from my home. This is my 2nd new car and I learned quite a bit about what I do and don't want in a dealership. I wanted to be treated well and I expect them to keep their promises. Jonathan was very patient and knowledgable. I appreciated his genuine concern to make sure I was completely satisfied. He convinced me to take a leap of faith and commit to the dealership 40 minutes from my home. I have been in touch with him seeking guidance with the gps and radio-who has the time to read the Manuel? He made me feel as though every question I asked was a good one and walked me through until I felt comfortable. Great experience I had purchased from Key Hyundai many years ago when they were in Bridgeport and to say it was not a good experience would be putting it mildly so I I had purchased from Key Hyundai many years ago when they were in Bridgeport and to say it was not a good experience would be putting it mildly so I was apprehensive about even stepping foot on the lot, but test drove a Santa Fe at another dealer and loved them. Jon Ramirez greeted me with a smile and was patent listening to all my concerns, ( I was test driviing a vehicle from another dearer at the time). I went back a few times then a 2014 came in on trade in. I was on my way to purchase a different vehicle from anther dealer but knew I loved the Santa Fe.. Firas. Alan and Maurrice sat and talked with me, Jon was working the Oyster festival that day, and walked me through my purchase. I could not pick up my new car until Monday as it was going through Key's safety check, I bought CPO. They processed my trade in and gave me a loaner Santa Fe for the weekend. When i picked up my car Jon walked me to the service dept and went over everythingI for my maintenance check ups. I love my new car and know when I come back in 3 months for my scheduled service I will have the same great experience. More
