ALAN is the MAN with the CAR PLAN!! After being put through the ringer with multiple denials at various car dealerships. We didn't have an appointment but luck was glimpsing in our favor, by happen chance someone was available to assist us in our new car search. Alan was very welcoming and real, he seemed very sympathetic, and understanding to our credit circumstances and very determined to get us in a car that day. I was very grateful and felt very comfortable talking about personal financial issues and credit concerns without feeling judged or invaluable as a potential client-"unlike many dealerships who immediately changed their attitude and energy to unwelcome and unwanted". With patience and a miracle Alan got us driving home that day in a BRAND NEW 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT.
