New car, lower payment, no pressure I got a buy back offer in the mail for my 2012 Accent. I went in figuring that the buyback wouldn't be enough to pay off the loan and get me into a ni I got a buy back offer in the mail for my 2012 Accent. I went in figuring that the buyback wouldn't be enough to pay off the loan and get me into a nicer car. I worked with Scott who was able to get me into a brand new turbo charged Veloster and my monthly payment is lower than it used to be! I wasn't pressured into anything and Scott was happy to let me look at a few different cars and talk about my options to decide what I thought was the best for what I needed. I normally dread dealing with sales people for big purchases but this was really painless and I am really happy with the new car. More

We went to a few other dealers locally to us which ignored what we were asking for, and kept showing us cars that were over spec'd and over priced. I did not have intentions to purchase a car that day but he did a great job explaining my options and types of cars that would be in my best category and i ended up driving it home that evening. I have already recommended him as well as the dealer to multiple coworkers and friends. Also working with the sales manager and floor manager, i forgot their names but they did a great job also. I started taking my car for service about a year ago and the experience was always great. The service people are friendly, professional, and always explain what is needed even though I don't know much about cars. A couple weeks ago I got an email from a different Hyundai dealer about a trade in special going on. After one e-mail exchange I stopped hearing back from them. Four days went by and I came to the conclusion that I would not be seeing any response from that dealer. I went to Key Hyundai of Milford's website instead hoping they would have a similar promotion going on. What I got from them was fast and helpful responses that lead me to come visit hours later the very same day. When I got there I met with Johnathan Ramirez. I can't say enough great things about my experience working with him. He takes the time to be a genuine person and not just try to force a sale. We talked about my goal (lowering my monthly payment) and what kinds of cars I might be interested in. He found a car with some great rebates on it and got my existing car valued for trade quickly. I was surprised to find out the whole deal would be done and I would be driving my new car away the same day! The several hours I was there went by fast because John is just a great guy to talk to and had tons of great recommendations about places to consider when I move to a new home in the upcoming months. Bottom line - this place is a different experience from the others. If you are looking for the best experience, give them a shot and try to get John as your sales rep. Thank you!
