First time New buyer, I came in knowing what I wanted and was willing to pay. Sam was extremely paitent with me, I never once felt pressured to change my mind or rushed, which is huge for me. We had been looking for a used car for my daughter to commute back and forth to college with for about a month. We found cars online, contacted dealers and made appointments to view the vehicles. Many times we would get there and the vehicle that was on their lot for a month was miraculously sold that day. We found the perfect car for my daughter at Key Hyundai, made an appointment, and arrived a bit late. We were greeted at the door by a manager and he had his sale associate Daniel work with us. Daniel was great to work with. He greeted us, inquired on who the car was for, took some basic information and then went to get the car for us. Car arrived, was warming up and was exactly as advertised. Car was in good condition and drove really nice. We went inside, discussed with Daniel and started the purchase process. Daniel took all information and completed all the required documents. While the registration and financing documents were being processed we had a great conversation with Daniel that helped pass the time. Overall a great experience, Daniel was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and focused on us throughout the process. Daniel arraigned for the car to be detailed and prepped and contacted us when car was ready. The car had some wear on the drivers seat and Daniel was able to find us a local upholstery shop that would be able to fix the seat at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Daniel and this dealership to all my friends and family. Definitely a breath of fresh air after being disappointed by so many other dealers. More

Everyone from the managers on site Nick & AJ to the amazing Sales Representative Brandon helped me with the usually difficult process of purchasing a car. This time, the process was beyond easy and I never felt pressure from any of the couteous friendly staff members of this cohesive team. Thank-you all for making the business side of things feel like no effort at all. This car purchase was a little more important to me, because I was looking the 2023 Elantra N. I want to say Brandon especially has gone out of his way to ensure my wife and I were very happy. He provided me with his personal information and has kept me informed every step of the way by answering all of my questions. He even told me I could contact him off hours if I had additional questions. What really impressed me was the level of care and follow through he has shown. He even took the time to bring the car I purchased back into the building because a snow storm is approaching and I wont be able to pick the car up until later in the week and then texted me to show me the car was out of harms way. I can't recommend this dealership enough to anyone who is looking to own a new car and doesn't want the headache that often comes with purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks Brandon! This dealership honestly feels more like a family, then a stressful place to buy a car. More
