My wife and I were replacing our 2002 Ford Explorer and I must admit that up to this point I have been a "Ford Man". When we mentioned our intent to replace the vehicle with my father-in-law he strongly suggested we visit Key Hyundai in Milford and check out the vehicles they have. He purchased a number of vehicles at Key Hyundai and has been extremely happy with the cars and the service. He said that if we do go there we should only talk with Al. He highly recommends the Dealership as well "his salesman" Al. When we met with Al we found him very personable. He listened to all of our "requirements" and answered all of our questions. He showed us a vehicle that was just that we were looking for and he worked out a great deal for us. He showed us all the features and how everything worked (there was a lot of new technology). I quickly saw why my father-in-law likes these people so much. When we picked up the vehicle he showed me where all the controls are located, how to set radio stations, pair my phone with the car's Bluetooth, etc. I felt very comfortable driving the car off the lot. Obviously, having the vehicle for only a week We have not had the need to visit the service department but expect the same professional, personable service. So far we love the vehicle and its features. I intend to return to Key Hyundai when it comes time to replace our other vehicle More
