When I went looking for a car, I was unsure whether or not my credit would be a factor. Hyundai was my first stop and they got me into a car within a few hours. We felt extremely comfortable from the moment we met with Joe Vazquez. He explained that he was new, which was fine, and he made it a point not to overwhelm us with any kind of aggressive sales pitch. He w Joe Vazquez. He was very honest with us, and didn't have all the answers but was still confident and willing to go ask when he didn't have an answer to some of our questions. Joe was very humble and had a great friendly attitude, which was appreciate. He didn't push anything on us and let us decide for ourselves. Tom, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful. He guided Joe along the way but didn't take over for him. Tom was able to alleviate some of our concerns with price and buying a vehicle out of state. The approach taken by Key Hyundai and their staff were major reasons we purchased our new Tuscon on our first visit there. We highly recommend Joe Vazquez and Key Hyundai! I recently visited Key Hyundai of Manchester and purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata with the assistance of the sales associate Oateney. This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle and going through the financing process; so I must admit I was a bit apprehensive at first. But, Oateney was very knowledge about the various Hyundai models and she was very patient with answering all of my questions. After I test drove multiple vehicles, I was able to obtain adequate financing with the help of the finance manager, Liz. Overall, my experience with Key Hyundai was very good. They had a very positive atmostphere and very informative employees. I would definitely recommend Key Hyundai to others! More
