Hi Jill, First I would like to thank you and Tom for helping me this past Friday on trying to get me and my fiancee a car. I know both of you tryed your best to help. Unfortunatley after going over our finances..we cannot afford a payment of $460 to $530 ..I could only go as high as $420 for a payment. So after 2 weeks and 4 days of not being able to finance from you I would like my $500 put back into my account. Believe me, I wish Zack had been more responsive initially so that this didn't get so far out of control. We will take it as a learning lesson. I know Tommy worked really hard to get you an approval that works for you. We can only do so much and then the rest is in the hands of the banks. Believe me, we only make money when you take delivery of a car so there is nothing more that we wanted to do than to help you.
