Upon going to the dealership in Manchester, my wife and I were looking for a newer vehicle with more room. With a baby on the way we wanted to have a safe but spacious vehicle. But Joseph Vazquez and Tom were able to put us in a brnd new Elantra Touring for a great price. We could not pass up the deal. The price wasn't the only deal maker. The customer service at that facility was unbelievable. We were treated with great respect and not hastled into making a decision right then and there. They explained our options and allowed us to make a decision without rushing us or giving us any ultimatims. I wish more dealerships were this friendly. I would, without a doubt, suggest this dealership to anyone interested in looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I heard their radio add about giving good trade in prices and I had a high milage vehicle to trade in. From the time I walked in the door I was greated kindly and treated well. I had just had a terrible experience with another car dealership only a few weeks prior to coming to Key Hyundai. I told them of my experience and they bent over backwards to get me a car and a loan to dealership only a few weeks prior to coming to Key Hyundai. I told them of my experience and they bent over backwards to get me a car and a loan to fit our tight budget. I also have poor credit but it didn't matter. They were all so nice and sincere. I definetly did not expect to walk out of there with the elantra I wanted, but that is exactly what happened. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Liz did an excellent job with financing, she went above and beyond. Ed and Tom were extremely plesant and helpful. There was no pressue at all, they worked with us to get us what we wanted. They were all honest and up front, not at all intimidating. We have given the 'great' ratings, because, they were all great to work with. More

My wife and I were in need of a vehicle, so the wife said go and find a car so I went and came straight to you. Not knowing what to expect, I found that the atmospher was very relaxing no pressure from a Sal go and find a car so I went and came straight to you. The first thing I told the associate, was about my credit and where it stood and he didn't hesate to say that would not be a problem. When the motto is "worry free" it is true, no pressure at all. I have gone to many dealers and never received the kind of reception I did at Key Hyundia everyone was friendly. I literally walked into Key Hyundai of Manchester crying because of the car i owned at that moment. Robert Draeger came right up and introduced himself and took me right over to his desk. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and the business. He was polite and did everything he could to get me into another car. He was not pushy like other dealers I have been to and took his time to find the right fit for me. The other sales associates were polite and friendly also. I will definitely continue my business with Key Hyundai of Manchester. Liz in finance did everything she could to get my payments right where i wanted them.
