At my oil change I let the tech know about a vibrating noise I was hearing, they checked it out for me and turned out it was my whole exhaust system. Thankfully it was covered under my warranty and they o noise I was hearing, they checked it out for me and turned out it was my whole exhaust system. Thankfully it was covered under my warranty and they ordered the parts. Once the parts were in they got me an appointment right away and had it installed and fixed quickly. Always extremely friendly and answer all my questions when I call or go in to get service. The new location in Rochester is a major upgrade from the Somersworth location as well. The waiting area for customers is comfortable and they keep you informed while you are waiting for your vehicle. More
