Emily and Luis were out going, friendly and tried hard to make a deal work the best they could. We showed up to drop off the truck at a bit before 8:00 AM. After waiting 10 minutes without locating a service counter person (or anyone in the garage) we found a person and gave verbal directions -inclu AM. After waiting 10 minutes without locating a service counter person (or anyone in the garage) we found a person and gave verbal directions -including a written phone number for any questions- regarding work to be completed. The message was never conveyed and at the end of the day we picked up the truck and paid $175- for a list of things “to do”. No work was completed. A call was placed to us- or to a number of some random person as the number they had in the computer was far from ours. We shared our warranty info 3x: by email 3 weeks prior to dropping off the truck, by phone and in person. It was never looked into. We were told the person with the info was out for a few days. We thought it was a service team?? When I called to discuss all this I was told the service manager would be informed of my frustration with the service. I assumed (silly me) the manager would call to clarify or at least apologize for terrible communication. It’s been a few weeks. Anyway, long story short, we will not return to have work done at Key Dodge. We will be returning to our normal mechanic who is also ASE certified now that we know we don’t have to go to a Dodge dealer to have our warranty accepted with just a quick fax or phone call. More
