We love this GMC Aacadia, We enjoyed working with Zach Thornton. He is a polite and an all around good person. Your sales manager, from Williamstown tried to tell me you would be lucky to make a $1000.00 Thornton. He is a polite and an all around good person. Your sales manager, from Williamstown tried to tell me you would be lucky to make a $1000.00 on this deal. He said that the Service Department made all the money. They get over $200.00 per hour. That's encouraging knowing that if we need service we will pay big. We never did see your Finance Manager. He or she left the closing up to Zach. Zach should have gone over your Retail Purchase Agreement line by line. .Zach told us that as long as we own this vehicle,we will get free State Inspections. He said don't forget the 6 oil changes. We both thought he meant those were free. After reviewing your purchase agreement there was a charge of $436.00 for this service. After looking over the paper work I see that we did sign an agreement for that service, We asked that the finance to be kept local, was told that they would try. We asked that they would try 802 Credit Union, We were told that they could not get hold of 802. 2days later we found out that 802 has a call center with Caller ID and that no calls came in from Key Auto. Instead of a cash down payment, we were willing to pay all charges and fees in cash. The only thing to be financed was the purchase price. That did not happen. All the charges and fees except the Vermont Registration was financed. More
