When the Key Auto Group was formed, the owner realized that most customers were tired of buying cars the "old-fashioned" way. He wanted to get rid of negotiating back and forth over a price, and pressure from the salesperson. This stressful process could last hours! The customer would end up driving away in their new vehicle with no assurance that they received the best deal possible. That's not how we do business. That's why we started the Hassle-Free Zone.
We believe customers want to focus on the important aspects of buying a car, such as reliability, safety and integrity of the dealership and its staff. Terrible customer service and poor communication. My truck was there for 3 days and I never received an estimate of the work they were performing. When I called and asked for an estimate to be emaile My truck was there for 3 days and I never received an estimate of the work they were performing. When I called and asked for an estimate to be emailed to me I was told they didn’t have an estimate to provide me. However, they had already ordered parts and gave me an obnoxious quote over the phone. During the 3 days that my truck was there I talked to Nicole Ferland, the ASSistant service manager numerous times and she could never tell me what the actual problem was with my truck. Finally when I did pick up my truck I was shocked to find on my invoice that the cause of my problem was from mice! Never once did Nicole mention to me on the phone that mice nested under my hood and caused the alleged problem. I feel that the “7 hours diagnostic labor” I was charged my have been stretched further than what they claim it actually took them especially since the actual repair when the parts arrived took them less than 30 minutes. I will not return to this business for service again. More
