They were supposed to fix my bad camshafts. I had to call and call, and they never gave me a quote. Finally they told me to come pick it up, and it didn't run. Part 2 review end result. Had my vehicle there being worked on for close to 7 months poor service department, scam artists. After the "Repair" was done they had me pay they g Had my vehicle there being worked on for close to 7 months poor service department, scam artists. After the "Repair" was done they had me pay they gave me a invoice that had no comments of what work was actually done. After complaining they had me bring it back, then after a month of having it they called and pretty much tried to turn it around as if I was the one who caused the issue. After mentioning litigation I was asked to pick my vehicle up so they could drive a loaner down from Vermont so they could look at it down there. I picked my vehicle up from key in Newcastle and I noticed that my radio was locked needing a code then i noticed that after market Jvc radio was switched out with a different model number JVC radio. I questioned the service manager and they denied that it was switched out and that I would have to file a police report. After my vehicle being in Vermont for another month Progressive ended up totaling the vehicle. The very last part is they tried to scam Progressive and claimed that the loaner that was driven down from Vermont was a "Rental" and tried to scam Progressive $1500. Stay far away from key in Newcastle and any Key Auto Group dealerships More
