Was in for a inspection and oil change. glue from old sticker smeared on windshield,and grease/oil smudges and fingerprints all over hood and driver side front fender! I remember when mechan glue from old sticker smeared on windshield,and grease/oil smudges and fingerprints all over hood and driver side front fender! I remember when mechanic placed a protective cover over the fender when working under the hood! Took an hour and a half to do the oil change and inspection and the mechanic didn’t seem to respect other people’s property. Been a customer for many years and have purchased many vehicles at this dealership! I guess the days of customer loyalty are not what they used to be……probably will continue to do business with key, but not because they stand out like they used to in a customer service way. They have not been that type of dealership since it was sold to KEY auto group More

The folks I dealt with were efficient, friendly and attentive. They covered all aspects of vehicle. Unfortunately the issues I experienced the day after the sale was not good but that is a manufacturin attentive. They covered all aspects of vehicle. Roadside assistance is only good for 15 miles. Not very good in a rural state. Second, SOS is satellite driven. If they transfer to roadside assistance and you are in a lack of cell coverage area, the call will drop. They must stay on the line for call to continue More
