The process was good. The vehicle itself was detailed but not well...there was still dirt under the backseat. Also after getting home I found that the fog light bulbs were The vehicle itself was detailed but not well...there was still dirt under the backseat. Also after getting home I found that the fog light bulbs were hanging and had melted the bulb housing. Guessing the bulbs were changed and never installed correctly in the housing. I had to buy new fog light housings. I will also say that the two rear tires really were not in spectacle but I knew they weren't great...just question whether there should have been a new sticker on it. Sales and finance guys were great to deal with. More

They are understaffed, only one mechanic actually knows what he's doing and we've had to replace the same part in our 2022 truck three times in the past year. I feel that every time I have my car serviced for something, something else is broken. I've had my car in there several times for one complaint & not once was it test driven but other 'things' needed something, something else is broken. I've had my car in there several times for one complaint & not once was it test driven but other 'things' needed to be replaced which never corrected the initial problem until I decided to replace all 4 tires. Now after a recent inspection, I now have a rubbing situation that I have to wait to have money to get it taken care of. More
