Not aware why vehicle is in for repair when service rep was told about issue. Took the van in for transmission slippage. First it was need for new pan gasket, 7 days later it was need for a new transmission, several days later it was it will be OK with new gasket and ch First it was need for new pan gasket, 7 days later it was need for a new transmission, several days later it was it will be OK with new gasket and change of fluid, then it was back to need a new transmission. The service report I recieved when I towed the van to another repair facility only showed the first diagnosis. I am unsure whether they did anything. There was a sign on the white board behind the desk when I took the van in that said "they were under new management" More
