Mrs. Hull, Needless to say we are incredibly disappointed with both your lack of truth here but also that you would post a bad review at all, I paid for your tires to be replaced at your request despite the fact that you had put 15000 miles on your vehicle and in addition, we’re incredibly rude and downright mean to myself and my staff. I didnt even argue with you as we had a showroom full of smiling customers buying vehicles and I just wanted you to leave. As this is not the first time you and Mr. Hull have been nasty and dishonest, i will kindly ask you not to return. I am also quite certain that you are unwelcome at a number of local service centers. If you do find someone that will work on your vehicle, I would suggest you do not burn that bridge too. -J

Hi Bob! Listen thanks for the great review! To explain, our competitive labor rate starts at about $45 an hour. This is when you calculate the labor cost on things such as oil changes, tire, rotations, light maintenance if you will. It does cap out at 175 for troubleshooting electrical problems and any highly technical repair. Glad you enjoyed your visit. Hope to see you again!
