Wow!!! What a great and pleasant experience! Many people dislike the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle. Prime North had a newer model than I was looking for at a lower price than I had expected. I had a no pressure discussion with Jim Ahearn, drove the car, and received information about my trade-in. I was thanked for my visit by e-mail and asked to contact him, if I had any questions or was interested in pursuing the sale further. I did some more research and contacted Jim again to purchase the vehicle. Not only did they offer me a fair market value for my trade, they sold me a very clean car much cheaper than any other dealer. I will not only purchase another car from them, but also to reach out to others wanting to have a no-hassle experience. More

When looking for newer vehicle, I knew what I wanted before coming into the dealership. Once I found that Prime Acura had the car, I called first see if the price was a joke because it was between $2,5 before coming into the dealership. I got on the phone with Jim and he was telling me all about the vehicle, the reason it was so low (so they could just get more cars out) and had no problem retrieving the carfax report for me. Once I spoke with Jim and did my research on the vehicle I made an appointment to go look at the car. Once I was there Jim did not try to get me to buy another vehicle that I didn't want, or "just try this one you might like it" etc. He let me tell him what I wanted had the car ready for me to test drive and everything. When people talk about car salesmen, he is not one of "those"? He was great! Not only was he not pressuring or intimidating but he was funny and down to earth. I would recommend anyone buy a vehcile from him! It was a great first time car buying experience! More

Everyone was very helpful. John returned calls when he said he would, followed up quickly with questions but he was never over bearing.
