Visiting Prime Acura of North Hampton has probably been my best experience so far in buying a new car. Specially the reason I purchased was because of the Sales person Cavan Pahlavan. I called all the dealers in New England but no one was more forthright,simple and honest and clear in making the deal.The best part of dealing with Cavan was simplicity.I asked for what I wanted, Cavan worked with me to get the best deal and if something was not possible it was a simple yes or no , but no beating around the bush or trying to push the price in some other way or trying to make my new purchase price tied to a trade in to make money.. nothing of that sort...everything was my choice, no pushing me around. I also dealt with the finance person who was name I think was Mike, he was also very helpful and friendly... If not for Cavan I would not have purchased my car at Prime Acura of North, even though the dealership was about 50-60 miles away from where I lived, I did not mind the distance because of the overall experience right from the time I called them. I would definitely recommend the dealership and also the Sales Person Cavan any day. -Chandu More

I bought a used Toyota 4 Runner and John Rydin was both informative and helpful. He took care if all issues and the sale was completed with only one problem. My car purchase experience with Jim Ahearn at Prime Acura was easy. There was no tough sales push. I was not pressured to buy products they offer that I did not want. The dealership was willing to let me take the Mercedes CLK 320 to a mechanic for a condition report and provided me with a carfax report to help me make a decision on the purchase. Jim followed up after the sale with a phone call and provided me with additional information on the car that I requested. Why buy a car from Prime Acura. I have purchased many cars over the past 35 years, most new. I have had only two good experiences. Prime Acura was one of them. More

Great experience. The only area dealership willing to talk price on the new AWD TLs. They took care of all my Mass paperwork and registration. Have already reccomended others to buy from them. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Jim since 2004. My first purchase from Jim was a new 2004 MDX. I still own the SUV and have 105K miles. I have found Jim to be honest and straight forward in every regard. I typically hate shopping for a car but dealing with Jim is more like visiting with a friend and discussing which vehicle will match my current lifestyle. One of the best parts about buying a car from Jim Ahearn is the test drive. While I am putting the car through it's paces, Jim is firing stats and features on why the car performs so well.
