In over 50 years of car ownership this is the first dealership I've continued to deal with after the sale. It's refreshing to be dealt with by service people who genuinely have the customer's best int dealership I've continued to deal with after the sale. Kelley and her crew make this customer feel welcome and comfortable knowing I'm getting the best possible service at the best possible price. Trust is crucial in a service relationship and I totally trust these people. Since buying the car I've moved 250miles up the road but still return for service including routine stuff like oil changes. I can't really say enough good things about the service department and that amazes me because my expectations of good, honest, friendly dealer service were largely unmet and some totally unsatisfactory. I've bought 2 new cars from this location. The first a TL when it was Clair and an RL from Prime. Cavan in sales is a gentleman and as worthy and professional a representative as ACURA is likely to have anywhere. When the dealership changed hands the transition was seamless and that's a credit to the high standards ACURA sets for its dealerships. I've recommended Prime and the ACURA vehicles to several of my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you for allowing me to say proper and good things about very deserving people and making a very good car. More

I have visited other Prime Acura’s but have not received the quality service as I would from Prime Acura North. So therefore my long drive is more than worth it. I’m always satisfied with my service consultants, they are helpful, extremely patient with the many questions I provide, accommodating and assisted me the entire way. I have never felt that I was asked to have repairs that were not necessarily done. My Repairs are fast and the prices are fair. I am completely confident in Prime Acura North to always give me outstanding service and I have never been let down. Prime Acura North provides me with great service and would definitely recommend them to everyone for being an overall awesome dealership. More
The Prime Acura has always been the best for service for the car and for me. I love a female service manager, as a female customer it's a comfort to not be in an all male situation. There is an Acura dealership in my home town but I travel over 45 miles to Prime Acura North because their service is so outstanding! On Sunday Sept 5,2010 I went to Prime Acura North to purchase a 2002 Volvo S60. It was the worst car buying experience I have had in over 30 years of driving. The salesman had no knowledge of the vehicl purchase a 2002 Volvo S60. It was the worst car buying experience I have had in over 30 years of driving. The salesman had no knowledge of the vehicle. I had to find it for him on his own lot. He was also a horrible LIAR. Any question I would ask him about the car he had to call his manager at home. Turns out manager was sitting at the next desk. Salesman also stated they had done a large amount of repairs to the car but when asked what repairs were done could not remember and had no paperwork. They are more interested in running a credit report on you than anything else even if you are paying cash. BEWARE OF THESE LIARS. More

My husband and I resently stopped by the dealership to look at various acura models. We were driving a 2003 Audi with 175,000 miles and were experienceing problem after problem. My husband loved the way the Audi handled but I forced him to look at other cars in fear of another Audi with issues. We had heard that the Acura was very dependable and luxurious. Thats when we met Adam Weeks the sales person on at the time. He was not agressive and pushy, but rather sharp, tactful and new the product well feeding us all the answers we requested. This made us comfortable, he then began to show us the difference in models and handling between them. We found the TLS and TSX to be comparable to the Audi and far more luxourious too. We loved them. Adam was a no BS kind of guy and we couldnt recommend him more. He truely is an asset to the company and to the public. With his help we made the agongizing decision to go with the TSX, because it would get better gas milege as my husband has a very taxing job in computer sales and travels all over New England. My husband is also a parapelegic and requires hand controls. Adam and his boss made it a point to get the vehicle to where it needed to be to have that installed. These guys are great. More
