Cavan (Sales Representative) was extremely knowledgeable, very nice, not pushy at Sales Manager) gave me a very prompt, extremely competitive price. Cavan (Sales Representative) was extremely knowledgeable, very nice, not pushy at all, and really listened to me. Nancy (Business Manager) explained all the financial considerations accurately without any push at all to buy the extended warranty packages. I got an incredible deal (with trade-in) on a very nice TSX. I am very happy and highly recommend this dealership. I look forward to getting my car serviced at Prime Acura North and buying my next car there. More
I chose to purchase from Prime Acura for a couple of reasons. The first reason was I found Cavan, the sales consultant, very pleasant to work with. Not only was Cavan patient and quite knowledgeable about the vehicle, he did NOT have the typical "car salesman" demeanor. I have purchased a couple of cars over the years and was dreading the whole process of the sales tactics. Cavan was great! The second reason was the pricing. They came in at a lower price on the car than any of the other Acura dealerships-and each of the accessories were slightly lower as well. Even though the price differential only amounted to a couple to few hundred dollars, it made the whole process less stressful and I didn't feel I needed to negotiate too much. The price was fair. I highly recommend this dealership and especially because of Cavan. More

The process was extremely streamlined and John Rydin made it super easy and so comfortable to transact business. John listened to everything that was important to me and made only appropriate suggestions. In fact, John fine-tuned my needs to help me narrow in on the TL. I was so grateful and will refer everyone that I know to John Rydin and Prime Acura. As long as I am in the area, Prime will always be my first stop when buying an auto. Kudos to such a fantastic operation! More
Went in with agreed upon price of new vehicle based on USAA Car Buying Service. Salesman was very friendly and ok / accepting of price. Only negatives were a) trade-in value of existing vehicle (no-one' USAA Car Buying Service. Salesman was very friendly and ok / accepting of price. Only negatives were a) trade-in value of existing vehicle (no-one's probably ever happy!)and b) lenghty wait for callback from Business Manager to get final numbers, etc. During final sale, they explained extended warranties and was pleasantly surprised that my negative to them did not get pushback / sales job. My experience was very positive and I would highly recommend the dealer and the salesman I had. More

From the evening I walked through the door until the afternoon I left with my Acura TSX, my experience at Prime Acura North was exceptional. I had initially stopped to drive a Volvo S60, and at the same afternoon I left with my Acura TSX, my experience at Prime Acura North was exceptional. I had initially stopped to drive a Volvo S60, and at the same time drove an Acura TL. I stopped in at 7 PM, an hour before the showroom closed. John happily stayed almost an hour late so I could drive both cars and determine which vehicle I preferred. I setup an extended test drive of the Volvo S60, and upon arriving to pick it up for the afternoon, I decided it was not for me before even driving it again. John was happy to introduce me to the Acura TSX, and went on a short drive with me. I decided that I would drive it for the afternoon, and after already having removed the stickers from the Volvo S60, John happily went to work again removing them from the Acura TSX so I could take it out. I really enjoyed the car and decided it was for me and I committed to purchase. John then introduced me to Nancy, who was happy to take care of all of my financial paperwork. She went above and beyond to ensure that all I had to do was sign my name a few times and take delivery on the vehicle. I was very pleased upon my arrival to pick up my new car, as it was flawlessly detailed and ready to drive off the lot. John was very willing to help me connect my phone via Bluetooth, as well as show me all of the other features of the car. Having purchased several vehicles, I can honestly say this was the most painless purchasing process ever, and I would happily return to Prime Acura North again. This decision is based completely on the exceptional level of service I received. A big thank you to John and Nancy for all of their efforts, as I know I am a very needy customer! More

I bought my most recent SUV from Jim. He was and is knowledgeable about cars, an excellent listener when it came to my needs and price point, and an excellent resource. That last element came into play recently when I was in an accident with that SUV. Jim was of great help along with Mark Gillispie, a service department consultant. I felt we were a team in diagnosing the issues with the SUV, finding the most efficient resolutions and doing all that in a timely manner. Mark was especially helpful in securing a rental during the time my car was out of commission. He also kept me informed daily as to the progress of repairs. In summary, they each were great. I was not inconvenienced even one day, and they made the experience a positive one, no stress. My next car will be purchased at Prime Acura. I will recommend Prime, Jim and Mark to family and friends. More
