I could not believe the attentiveness and friendliness displayed at this dealership. From the first moment I walked in I felt welcome and was shown the utmost courtesy by all the staff. Among this sea of attention, one person exceedingly stood out and that was Adam Parsons. Adam engaged in every one of my concerns and assiduously exhausted every possibility to make sure my expectations were met. Not only do I recommend to everyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle to visit Prime Acura North, but I would never buy another one at any other place. When you do walk through that door make sure you ask for Adam. I just like to finish by saying Adam you are the man. My wife, our baby and I are extremely happy. A thousand thanks!!!!!!!!! More

The price was right, the car was fully loaded, beautiful inside and out (despite being used) and everyone was eager to get us a good deal and into the car as fast as possible. I have been in the market for a pre-owned vehicle for several months and have visited 6 or so other dealerships during the process. At other dealerships, I was either ignored or insulted by presumptuous several months and have visited 6 or so other dealerships during the process. At other dealerships, I was either ignored or insulted by presumptuous sales staff who underestimated me because I was a woman, and in my late 20s. Finally, I visited Prime Acura North and I am so glad I did. I found a vehicle (Acura TSX) I was interested in at one of their other stores and they shipped it up quickly so I could see it in person and take a test drive. The staff organizing my visit was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. During my test drive, John Rydin answered my questions about the model, the critiques I have heard about the particular model of car I was testing, and his own experience driving an Acura. He was friendly, respectful, and honest. I did not 'bargain' as I probably should have to get 'a better deal' but I was offered what I expected for my trade and the price they offered for the new vehicle was within my price range. The rest of the staff, from the finance office to the service managers, were welcoming and personable. I look forward to working with them throughout the life of my Acura. More
