The Prime Acura has always been the best for service for the car and for me. I love a female service manager, as a female customer it's a comfort to not be in an all male situation. There is an Acura dealership in my home town but I travel over 45 miles to Prime Acura North because their service is so outstanding! My relationship with the Service Department started in 2004 when my new TL was towed in. They treated me so well that I continue to return for service. I have also purchsed 2 MDXs from them. I give the service department at Prime Acura such great reviews because Im always treated like a friend. On Sunday Sept 5,2010 I went to Prime Acura North to purchase a 2002 Volvo S60. It was the worst car buying experience I have had in over 30 years of driving. The salesman had no knowledge of the vehicl purchase a 2002 Volvo S60. It was the worst car buying experience I have had in over 30 years of driving. The salesman had no knowledge of the vehicle. I had to find it for him on his own lot. He was also a horrible LIAR. Any question I would ask him about the car he had to call his manager at home. Turns out manager was sitting at the next desk. Salesman also stated they had done a large amount of repairs to the car but when asked what repairs were done could not remember and had no paperwork. They are more interested in running a credit report on you than anything else even if you are paying cash. BEWARE OF THESE LIARS. More

My husband and I resently stopped by the dealership to look at various acura models. We were driving a 2003 Audi with 175,000 miles and were experienceing problem after problem. My husband loved the way the Audi handled but I forced him to look at other cars in fear of another Audi with issues. We had heard that the Acura was very dependable and luxurious. Thats when we met Adam Weeks the sales person on at the time. He was not agressive and pushy, but rather sharp, tactful and new the product well feeding us all the answers we requested. This made us comfortable, he then began to show us the difference in models and handling between them. We found the TLS and TSX to be comparable to the Audi and far more luxourious too. We loved them. Adam was a no BS kind of guy and we couldnt recommend him more. He truely is an asset to the company and to the public. With his help we made the agongizing decision to go with the TSX, because it would get better gas milege as my husband has a very taxing job in computer sales and travels all over New England. My husband is also a parapelegic and requires hand controls. Adam and his boss made it a point to get the vehicle to where it needed to be to have that installed. These guys are great. More

We were just testing suvs, and tryed out the new 2010 RDX we were so impressed,we purchased it!We are still talking about the EASE of the experience, truely it was a first for me!!! NO hiddens fees, no hard sales, it was truely amazing, infact I have told EVERYONE I know, because it was so easy!!!! Meeting Dave, one of the sales managers was just as easy and pleasant. We would HIGHLY recommend the Dealship and John! I am thrilled with my RDX and look forward to driving it, We will be back!!! More
We visited Prime Acura to take a look at a used vehicle and then ended up deciding to test drive a 2010 Acura TSX. We loved it and decided to lease. Our salesperson, Adam Weeks, could not have been more helpful and attentive. Adam is the reason that we chose to purchase the vehicle from Prime Acura - his wonderful, down to earth, non-pushy attitude was so refreshing. We shopped around at other dealers and decided to come back to deal only with Adam as he continuously worked to get us the numbers we wanted. Prime Acura should feel lucky to have such a great salesperson on staff. And when our lease is up with the TSX and if Adam is still working with Prime...we will definately return. More
My experience of buying a new Acura TL at Prime Acura North was tremendous! John Rydin could not have been more helpful or nice. He was extremely knowledgable about the car. I have been dealing with Prime Acura and Cavan Pahlavan in specific since Feb 2009 (I am writing this on July 29th 2009). I initially saw an Acura RL which I really liked but was slightly out of my budget in specific since Feb 2009 (I am writing this on July 29th 2009). I initially saw an Acura RL which I really liked but was slightly out of my budget. Cavan worked with me and kept me in mind over the coming months notifying me once or twice about some RLs that had come in. It was the right mix of "keeping in touch" and "not being annoying". Finally, and recently, there was another car I liked in my price range. I worked with Cavan to get the best deal possible. I wanted some additional accessories installed on the car and gave him a reasonably firm price on what I would pay for the car. Cavan worked with me and I ended up getting my asking price plus $250 due to all the accessories I had installed. All in all, there was never any pushiness or smarmy salesmanship once during this process. It was matter of fact and to the point. In short, no games. The dealership does try to upsell you on maintenance plans and maintenance packages after you agree on selling price (using their business manager to facilitate these upsells). There is a decent reason for the upsell as Prime will extend the Certified Warranty of the car IF you have them do all the maintenance of the vehicle (governed by the Maintenance Indicator Light). It's unlimited at that point assuming you don't miss ANY services. Basically you have to bring the car in every 5000 miles for something. All in all, I appreciated the offer but declined on all of them. My wife likes the MDX's and will make our first stop to Cavan at Prime Acura North when it comes time to buy. I also made a gentlemen's handshake with Cavan that if I won the PowerBall, I'd buy a new RL at MSRP :>) One more thing. I dealt with Cavan mostly over email for this transaction which makes life SO MUCH EASIER. It was never a problem and you don't get any of those cheesey boilerplate responses....just a standard response like you'd get from a friend. I hope this helps anyone choosing between dealerships.
