This is the 2nd Acura TL I have purchased from Prime Acura. I worked with Rawel Samuel both times. I have never experienced - from any dealership - the professionalism and customer service received fr Acura. I worked with Rawel Samuel both times. I actually switched cars in mid-stream - other dealerships would probably have been frustrated! However, Rawel came in on his day off and Nancy was great about the necessity to re-do all the paperwork, etc. In an age where customer service is largely ignored at all levels, I am pleased to announce that it is alive and well at Prime Acura in New Hampshire!! I would highly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone - and I'll be back in 3 years!! More

What an amazing experience! I was looking for a used car, so knowing that the salesman never know the features of the used cars on the lot, I did my homework prior to shopping. It was such a pleasant s car, so knowing that the salesman never know the features of the used cars on the lot, I did my homework prior to shopping. It was such a pleasant shock that Cavan knew more about each and every used car on the lot. He was able to knowledgeably show and tell me about each car I considered. He listened to me, too. I mentioned in passing that I was hoping to find a particular car that I did not see on the lot, and minutes later that car appeared - fresh out of detailing! Nancy made financing easy and quick. She went the extra mile to get me the best possible rate, and then informed me of programs with the Credit Union that I could enroll in to save even more off the rate. She also told me that they would be repairing the leather seat - after I had already agreed to purchase it without expecting the repair. That is integrity! When the repair was complete, even the repair man went above and beyond by making sure the entire seat matched the repair - it looks brand new now. I have bought many cars in my life, and honestly I have never enjoyed the experience. I purchased another car at the beginning of summer from a different deaership, and what a difference in service, knowledge, and care. I am looking forward to my next visit to Prime Acura! They will now be my car dealer - and I know that if they don't have what I want, they will get it in for me. You can't go wrong with this dealer! More

From the first moment I walked in I felt welcome and was shown the utmost courtesy by all the staff. Among this sea of attention, one person exceedingly stood out and that was Adam Parsons. Adam engaged in every one of my concerns and assiduously exhausted every possibility to make sure my expectations were met. Not only do I recommend to everyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle to visit Prime Acura North, but I would never buy another one at any other place. The price was right, the car was fully loaded, beautiful inside and out (despite being used) and everyone was eager to get us a good deal and into the car as fast as possible. They took our hunk of junk trade in for kelley blue book value without question or haggling. I bought my first car here when I was 16, my Dad bought 2 Acuras here. After dealing with other pushy, selfish dealerships in the meantime, I will only come back to Prime Acura North! If only I knew how good I had it in the beginning! Thank You everyone! More
