What an amazing experience! I was looking for a used car, so knowing that the salesman never know the features of the used cars on the lot, I did my homework prior to shopping. It was such a pleasant shock that Cavan knew more about each and every used car on the lot. He was able to knowledgeably show and tell me about each car I considered. He listened to me, too. I mentioned in passing that I was hoping to find a particular car that I did not see on the lot, and minutes later that car appeared - fresh out of detailing! Nancy made financing easy and quick. She went the extra mile to get me the best possible rate, and then informed me of programs with the Credit Union that I could enroll in to save even more off the rate. She also told me that they would be repairing the leather seat - after I had already agreed to purchase it without expecting the repair. That is integrity! When the repair was complete, even the repair man went above and beyond by making sure the entire seat matched the repair - it looks brand new now. I have bought many cars in my life, and honestly I have never enjoyed the experience. I purchased another car at the beginning of summer from a different deaership, and what a difference in service, knowledge, and care. I am looking forward to my next visit to Prime Acura! They will now be my car dealer - and I know that if they don't have what I want, they will get it in for me. You can't go wrong with this dealer! More

Adam engaged in every one of my concerns and assiduously exhausted every possibility to make sure my expectations were met. Not only do I recommend to everyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle to visit Prime Acura North, but I would never buy another one at any other place. The price was right, the car was fully loaded, beautiful inside and out (despite being used) and everyone was eager to get us a good deal and into the car as fast as possible. I have been in the market for a pre-owned vehicle for several months and have visited 6 or so other dealerships during the process. At other dealerships, I was either ignored or insulted by presumptuous several months and have visited 6 or so other dealerships during the process. At other dealerships, I was either ignored or insulted by presumptuous sales staff who underestimated me because I was a woman, and in my late 20s. Finally, I visited Prime Acura North and I am so glad I did. I found a vehicle (Acura TSX) I was interested in at one of their other stores and they shipped it up quickly so I could see it in person and take a test drive. The staff organizing my visit was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. During my test drive, John Rydin answered my questions about the model, the critiques I have heard about the particular model of car I was testing, and his own experience driving an Acura. He was friendly, respectful, and honest. I did not 'bargain' as I probably should have to get 'a better deal' but I was offered what I expected for my trade and the price they offered for the new vehicle was within my price range. The rest of the staff, from the finance office to the service managers, were welcoming and personable. I look forward to working with them throughout the life of my Acura. More
