Hello Jim, I am so sorry your initial visit to our dealership was not exceptional. You are correct in your assumption that our building is not exactly up to par. Our staff must not have mentioned that we will begin an extensive renovation this year and our Acura store will be as beautiful as you'd expect. In the meantime, we do have two waiting areas and a television. We also offer fresh fruit, refreshments and a variety of packaged snacks. During any visit to our service department we do perform a complimentary multi point inspection in an effort share maintenance and safety information with you. My regrets that your tire pressures were not adjusted during that check. My hopes are that you will visit us again and see firsthand all the extraordinary changes coming our way.
