Everyone at this dealership was an absolute pleasure to work with from the time I entered the lot. Cavan was so knowledgable and helpful without being aggressive or intrusive. I happend to buy my car the night before Thanksgiving and Cavan stayed late into the night to make sure everything was perfect with my new car and that I knew how to use all the ammenities the car has to offer. I honestly have never enjoyed car shopping. I have seen and dealt with a lot of very pushy and aggressive salesmen who wouldn't really take "no" for an answer. I hate feeling pressured into something when I'm not 100% sure. BUT I can honestly say when Adam Parsons approached me in the parking lot while I was looking at a 2003 Rav4, he was not only polite and professional, he didn't make me feel like I had to make a decision in 1 day. He followed up with me the next day but instead of making me feel pressured into a sale, he thanked me for taking the time to come in and look. I am honestly very impressed with this dealership as well as everyone I dealt with. I've never met a more patient and helpful group of people- especially while car shopping. I will definately recommend Adam and this dealership to friends, family and anyone I meet looking to buy a new vehicle. I know for me personally, the more I feel pressured into something, the more I back away. So, Adam has the perfect technique since the lack of pressure I felt is one of the main reasons I went back the next day, then made the purchase a day later. The quality of vehicles and service was amazing and I am very excited about my purchase. Thank you everyone who helped me (and especially for staying very patient with me) while I made up my mind. I visited Prime Acura North earlier this week. Please keep in mind that I was not really in the market for a new SUV and had no intention of buying a vehicle on that day. I stopped by because I saw two vehicles on the lot that caught my eye while I was out running an errand. Cavan came out to greet me and was very professional and knowledgeable about both vehicles. Neither vehicle was the right vehicle for me so we went inside to trade contact information. We discussed both new and used MDX vehicles with lease and purchase options. After considering my needs for a vehicle, Cavan remembered a lease vehicle that had just been traded in by a long time customer and it sounded interesting to me. The vehicle was still in service/detailing but I agreed to stay while Cavan brought it around for a test drive. At the same time the used car manager took a look at my vehicle for trade-in. It ended up to be the vehicle I truly wanted. Within two days, thanks to assistance from Nancy the sales manager and Jim the business manager, my wife and I drove that MDX off the lot! This was truly the most remarkable and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased at least twenty vehicles in three different states in my lifetime and no dealership has ever come close to the professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and friendly nature of Prime Acura North. This is the 2nd Acura TL I have purchased from Prime Acura. I worked with Rawel Samuel both times. I have never experienced - from any dealership - the professionalism and customer service received fr Acura. I worked with Rawel Samuel both times. I actually switched cars in mid-stream - other dealerships would probably have been frustrated! However, Rawel came in on his day off and Nancy was great about the necessity to re-do all the paperwork, etc. In an age where customer service is largely ignored at all levels, I am pleased to announce that it is alive and well at Prime Acura in New Hampshire!! I would highly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone - and I'll be back in 3 years!! More
