I am very happy that I did the salesman was excellent. All of the folks that I dealt with were friendly and very knowledgeable in their job. I feel that I received excellent customer care and a nice new SUV for the right price. If service is a good as sales I will be going to Ky for a long time. I would definitely recommend Key to anyone interested in buying or leasing an Acura. There is no pressure just good old fashion customer service by a very friendly crew. More

Terrible Service / Problem Never Resolved I came int with my 2019 RDX and the service writer was very pleasant however my issue was not resolved and when I was explaining the issue to her upon I came int with my 2019 RDX and the service writer was very pleasant however my issue was not resolved and when I was explaining the issue to her upon arrival she was quick to jump to maybe it’s just that your in bad areas rather than consider there might be a problem with the vehicle phone and radio. Super frustrating that right after I left it happen lass than 100 yards from the dealership and again going through the tolls at Kittery and I called and spoke with Amanda and told her it happen twice she said that she would note it but I don’t want it noted I want it addressed. So it’s my only first visit to this service department but right now I would say no I wouldn’t recommend them. Mike Ducharme set up the entire appointment for me and he was fantastic through the entire process. This problem was Never resolved and I was promised by Don McEwen that this would be taken cared of and I would be compensated for all the problems I have had with this vehicle and again NOTHING.... Stay away from this dealership they are not worthy of what they promise. More

recall service for taillight My most recent visit was quite satisfactory. I had reserved a loaner which was presented upon arrival. I used it to go to a doctor’s appointment and My most recent visit was quite satisfactory. I had reserved a loaner which was presented upon arrival. I used it to go to a doctor’s appointment and my car was ready in 1.5 hours. I received a complimentary car wash and vacuum which is always appreciated. The loaner was new with only 1800 miles and the same model MDX. I was given a check list of what was in good shape (tires, brakes, etc.) and what should be attended to next service. (cabin and engine filters). I live about 70 miles away and have been using a repair shop in Wolfeboro recently. I am considering renewing my relationship with this dealer. More

Good service, but answer your phone! The service I received was good. The car runs really well now, and everything I asked for got completed the same day. When I arrived the car was parked at the door, clean and ready for pickup. Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience when making my appointment. I called around 9am to make an appointment, and I got.voicemail. I left a voicemail, and assumed I would get a call back. I did not. The next morning I left another message, and still received no answer. I called and left yet another message, and finally called into sales to see if I could get a human. A nice gentleman answered, and took a message to give to the service department. About 20 minutes later I got a call from a woman who made it a little to obvious that I inconvenienced her busy schedule. I made my appointment. Interestingly, 1 week later I received a call from Acura, they said they got my VM and asked if I needed to make an appointment, Do you think it is acceptable to have your client wait 1 week for a call back? Do you think it is OK for a customer to be put into VM every time they call you? When my car was being serviced I thought of 1 more small thing I wanted done. I called.....VM :-( A young lady I work with was about to go lease an MDX. After hearing what I dealt with when making an appointment she decided not to lease an Acura. I love my car, and the actual service I received was awesome. I hope this review helps you guys, and your processes. Thank you for your time. More
