Management saved the day Pulled in with my new RDX that had just lost wifi and sirius. Service counter folks told me it could be a while (weeks) before my car was fixed. They claimed it needed a software fix that was as yet unavailable from Acura. I got John Rydin and Amanda Wickert involved and within 20 mins my car was repaied and I was on my way. (without a wifi update) Thanks to them both and you probably have a teachable moment for the front desk folks. More

When in for service instead bought a new car. We went in for service to have a recall issue addressed on our car, and Acura MDX 2011. The staff was friendly and courteous in the service departmen We went in for service to have a recall issue addressed on our car, and Acura MDX 2011. The staff was friendly and courteous in the service department and offered for us to go wait in the waiting area which is out front. While out there we met one of the salesman and the sales manager and decided to take a walk through the lot. Found a car that we loved We took it for a test ride and ended out working a great deal with the salesman and the sales manager. One that was good for both parties. They wanted to finish a thorough cleaning and preparation of the car for us. So we ended up leaving without it, and they had a driver bring it to our house in Harrison an hour and a half away. That was the most awesome thing going. All of our staff was knowledgeable and courteous which helped in the decision making process to buy a car at Key Acura of Portsmouth. It was a great experience. I’m sorry I don’t recall the Service individual’s name. He was quite pleasant and kept me informed! I do believe what it cost me for a car service was too costly for a car that is just one year old. I didn’t think my warranty was up! More
