He was patient as we did some crash course research online to read reviews & check comparisons of the models of cars they had to choose from. We ended up waiting until the next day to make a decision & he made it very easy to come in & finish up the transaction. The vehicle was a 2015 ram truck And from the first view on the web page to the test drive and delivery everything was comfortable. Not the best experience We really feel the service at Acura has gotten lots worse since it is no longer Prime. We have told numerous people that we have a coupon book for the service warranty and they still want to run it through our credit card. Communication does not seem good!
