Made Buying a Car Easy I worked with Connor and Mike. They made buying the vehicle sooth and easy. Cut through all the games and gave me the best pricing upfront no games. I am amazed all this certification os new and used cars misses such an obvious issue. The issue was discovered as we were shown how to use the computerized functions and were helped with set up. My gut was not to drive it out of dealer lot. I did not want to annoy anyone. First Tyler suggested it may be weather related malfunction. He assured us he would call us first thing next day to check if it did not resolve itself. We texted in am and heard no response until 230 pm and were then told to call service ourselves! I called service, Amanda told us she could not accommodate us until July. I told Amanda this was unacceptable so she did go to sales But could still not help us until Wednesday.. They agreed to pick our car up “sometime Wednesday.Tyler had told us he would arrange to deliver loaner and pick up our new car to resolve issue Monday. I am shocked at the lack of customer service after spending $45,500+. We were also told new car pick up would take under an hour. We were given a sales pitch by Vince Martino for extend warranty as well as other add ons we declined. He sweetened the deal a few times and we still were not interested as we only purchase such deals with time to research and make informed decisions. These options were presented as monthly payments onto a loan we only agreed to in order to get the price we were originally quoted. This wasted much time. I feel we should have had 2 hours just to synchronize phones and download AcuraLink and learn how it may be useful to us. I did not realize that individuals had to come to work on a day they would have had off (Father’s day) to complete our sale. I would have made other arrangements. It is too bad there is little transparency. I hope we will have a better working relationship as we hope this vehicle is with us many years More

I am very happy that I did the salesman was excellent. All of the folks that I dealt with were friendly and very knowledgeable in their job. I feel that I received excellent customer care and a nice new SUV for the right price. If service is a good as sales I will be going to Ky for a long time. I would definitely recommend Key to anyone interested in buying or leasing an Acura. There is no pressure just good old fashion customer service by a very friendly crew. More

Terrible Service / Problem Never Resolved I came int with my 2019 RDX and the service writer was very pleasant however my issue was not resolved and when I was explaining the issue to her upon I came int with my 2019 RDX and the service writer was very pleasant however my issue was not resolved and when I was explaining the issue to her upon arrival she was quick to jump to maybe it’s just that your in bad areas rather than consider there might be a problem with the vehicle phone and radio. Super frustrating that right after I left it happen lass than 100 yards from the dealership and again going through the tolls at Kittery and I called and spoke with Amanda and told her it happen twice she said that she would note it but I don’t want it noted I want it addressed. So it’s my only first visit to this service department but right now I would say no I wouldn’t recommend them. Mike Ducharme set up the entire appointment for me and he was fantastic through the entire process. This problem was Never resolved and I was promised by Don McEwen that this would be taken cared of and I would be compensated for all the problems I have had with this vehicle and again NOTHING.... Stay away from this dealership they are not worthy of what they promise. More
