They never answer the phone in the service department. I was told my car would be done Wednesday and it wasn’t done until Thursday. The mechanic was not there when I picked up the car and the service pers I was told my car would be done Wednesday and it wasn’t done until Thursday. The mechanic was not there when I picked up the car and the service person told me he’d call me. I wanted some information on why the transmission failed. I never received a call. When I tried to pay with my debit card it kept rejecting and so I had to pay with credit card and pay the fee. More
