With the possibility that this was an honest mistake, your item ($50 bill) was returned to you immediately, even though you didn't mention this in your posted comment. As the General Manager of 8 years at this location, I would once again like to apologize and also state that this is not a normal occurrence. We value our customers tremendously.

I would rate a full 5 stars but the entrance to service center is kind of sore site on the eyes. Bubbled up dirty carpet. Old bathrooms, etc. I just expect much better for Acura. Def needs a renovation. More
