Our dealership has signs located all around for the 3% surcharge on all credit card purchases. Our service writers also verbally confirm this with all of our clients. If there is a discrepancy, please feel free to come and speak to the General Manager Rocco Amato and it will be my pleasure to get to the bottom of this. I can assure you we would never deceive any of our clients, especially for a 3% charge on a service bill.

We understand that this should of never happen, But in the grand scheme of life we are so thankful there was no accident, there was no lawsuit, there was just a young man new to the business and I'm glad he's part of my team. I spoke to him and he has learned from his mistake. We are sorry your insurance company was not contacted, and yes your sales consultant should have called the next day for you.
