Key Acura made it so easy to get the car of my dreams, David Reyes and the rest of the staff were so knowledgeable. I went in with an idea of the car that I wanted, I got a great price and it only took a David Reyes and the rest of the staff were so knowledgeable. There was a mix up when I scheduled my service. The phone system sent me to Honda. When I arrived one of the reps said 'That is a new Acura and your service visit is covered.' He called over to Key The phone system sent me to Honda. When I arrived one of the reps said 'That is a new Acura and your service visit is covered.' He called over to Key Acura and Christian said no problem, send her right over. I didn't know the Acura dealership was sold, but everyone at Key Acura handled the situation efficiently. Things happen and when people respond as well as they did it made me a happy customer. Suggestion: I would reach out to your Acura customers via email and give them the new telephone number to schedule service. More
