Our overall experience was very good. Our salesman was helpful from our first meeting. He answered my initial questions and concerns; and seemed genuinely concerned about meeting our needs. Though we were not happy with our interest rate; he was honest as to why it was higher and offered suggestions for effective payoff. Lastly, he made certain to keep lines of communication open by offering further customer service if needed. More
