I had a great experience at Kerry Toyota. I’m terrible at names, but the second person I spoke with did an excellent job at making the sale. I teach an agriculture business course and one of I’m terrible at names, but the second person I spoke with did an excellent job at making the sale. I teach an agriculture business course and one of the units in that course is sales, customer satisfaction, barriers, etc. and I was telling someone later after my purchase it was interested seeing everything in action, if I could have I would have recorded the whole event and shared it with students on what they should do to achieve a successful sale. The worker I dealt with had a bad attitude and was rude. I had my car at Toyota twice in two weeks on top of paying around $300 and my car still isn’t fixed.
