Like the car I got, salesman asked too many personal questions and didn't listen well to anything we said and kept asking the same things over and over. He was nice but was starting to get on mine and m questions and didn't listen well to anything we said and kept asking the same things over and over. He was nice but was starting to get on mine and my daughter's nerves a tiny bit. He did drive the vehicle down from covi gton and followed us all the way to Harrison Ohio to get our payment. That was very nice of him, but I just wanted to yell PAY ATTENTION!!! Overall though, it was a pretty good experience. More

Location failed to confirm the repair was completed, as I had the same issue closing my trunk 2 hours after leaving the site. I was charged 130 dollars assuming my car was repaired. I returned the car first had the same issue closing my trunk 2 hours after leaving the site. I was charged 130 dollars assuming my car was repaired. I returned the car first thing the following Monday and was told I needed a new lock which would be 350 dollars. The rep failed to acknowledge I was already charged labor and repair cost from the first visit. I’m just confused on why I was given a patch job in the first place, charged as if it was fixed but then told I had to pay more to actually get the problem fixed.. very frustrating experience and the staff was not empathetic at all More

The mechanic really took an interest in diagnosing my problem. He was very determined to figure out where the alarms were coming from.
