My experience began with Kerry Hyundai and continued with Kerry Toyota across the street. Started with an Elantra then persuaded by Kerry Hyundai to trade to a Tucson which I drove 1week and transfer case w Kerry Toyota across the street. Started with an Elantra then persuaded by Kerry Hyundai to trade to a Tucson which I drove 1week and transfer case went out. The Tucson sat in their service department 6 months while I paid payments and offered a Kona to drive and then a lesser model Tucson. Hyundai refunded payments but would not offer me any car under double what I paid before. Went next store to Kerry Toyota. Nothing available but used cars. Bought the used car and best warranty. Have had problem after problem. Just today swollen lug nuts so no rotation done and $190 to replace lug nuts. AC not working, seats won’t fold down, oil leaks, bottom cover not put on right, door fixed (would not stay closed. The mechanic scratched the door up. Would not fix. Offered me a new Camry today, only a 1/3 offer on trade in. Want 4x the payment for the Camry than I started off with the Elantra they suckered me out of. Terrible experience. More

Desk personnel need to greet service customers when they 1st walk in. "Hello I'll be right with you if you can give just a minute". Or "hi I'll be with you in just a moment if you can stand right over her 1st walk in. "Hello I'll be right with you if you can give just a minute". Or "hi I'll be with you in just a moment if you can stand right over here". Don't just continue on current task being completed on computer for several minutes before being looked at. When I walked in from being given my oil change appointment slip there were 3 employees all at computers. None of them bothered to acknowledge me standing there waiting to be initially processed until a minute or 2 later. This is not uncommon at this Kerry location. More
