Everything was great except I asked for my filters to be changed because they were noted as needing to be changed from last visit. They were not changed and I didn’t know this until I had reviewed the mult changed because they were noted as needing to be changed from last visit. Not sure why they didn’t change or come out and ask me if I wanted to have them changed since they were noted as needing to be changed. Dealership is 45 min away from me so I’ll have to make an extra trip to get this done. More

Brandon is excellent. Always keeps me updated everytime I bring my cars in and has a lot of knowledge a very nice and friendly person. However the recent experience with Toyota wasn’t as great as usual. The tech that must have worked on my car left 2 equipment in my car. A very expensive looking jumper box and a multimeter things that weren’t even used for my car service. Didn’t know until tech called me However i was already at home and going out of town for couple days. So I advised the tech I will drive it back down when I come back into town so that was out of my way but I know sometimes things happen. It was just inconvenient it’s out of my way. But other than that I have had no issues with Toyota. More
